Special Training
I attended Multisystemic Therapy supervisor training in 2001 in Charleston, S.C. This training helps in my work with behavior-disorder adolescents and gives me the tools to conceptualize the problems and dynamics in families. I also have training in the area of domestic violence and have helped facilitate men’s education groups for several years. Through the American Association of Christian Counselors I have training in sexual addictions, emotionally-focused couples therapy and have completed the Professional Life Coaching 101 and 201 Series.
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
